Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@creationshappy.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a instructions on how to send back your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-2 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@creationshappy.com. We will process your exchange once we receive the original item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@creationshappy.com.
